•  2 Years

How did you get started in your industry?

•  John had been laid off for two years before he got on at our local hardware store. He began doing side jobs and repairs for the customers in the store. When the hours that her had to do side work became more then the hours that he got from the employer he decided it was time to leave the hardware store. That was two years ago and we have never looked back. We just continue to go forward with our business.

Describe your business.

•  We have two technicians that service our customers at this time. It is our goal to be valley wide with 50 trucks on the road covering the Phoenix metropolitan. We strive to give our customers value with each service call.

What separates you from the competition?

•  We provide our customers with value. When we have completed the task at hand we always ask the customer if there is anything else we can do before we leave. We do not just get there fix the one thing they called us for and then hurry to the next customer. We take our time engaging with our customers so that they know that they are important to us an our business. If it was not for the customers that we have we would not have a business

What has been the biggest breakthrough in your business over the past 2-3 years?

• We won emerging business of the year for the Queen Creek Chamber in 2012. There was some stiff competition and we were very blessed to have won! Thanks to our community an their support.
