If you are unable to log-in and are certain that you are entering your correct Associate Number and Password, then you need to make GoSmallBiz a Trusted Site in your browser. For Internet Explorer, 1) click on Tools in the browser menu bar, 2) select Internet Options, 3) choose the Security tab, 4) scroll across the options until you see Trusted Sites, 5) select Trusted Sites, 6) click the Sites button, 7) enter http://www.gosmallbiz.com into the "Add this website to the zone" filed, 8) click Add and 9) click Close. Then try logging in again.
